Trent Baker founded Paradigm Max Q in 2023 to elevate the standard of customer support in the defense industry by uniting the most skilled subject matter experts on one team. With over 35 years of experience in the DOD, Trent knew combining cutting-edge analytics and modeling with top-tier personnel would provide high-quality analysis and metrics that could be turned into actionable efforts to drive meaningful outcomes for the government and the warfighter. Armed with this understanding, he set out to build Paradigm Max Q on the foundation of assembling only the top performers in the industry to collaborate with the government to impact quantifiable change.

In 2024, Warren Scovell joined Paradigm Max Q as the President and Chief Operations Officer. Together, Warren and Trent focused on the future. Their vast experience, high-level network, and technical capabilities became a force multiplier, enabling tangible improvements in readiness and cost reduction.
